Apparel order help

Made to order, with help if something is wrong. These terms apply to our physical apparel.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate with our production partner.

For a verified problem, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Do not send the item back unless we give you instructions.

Production and delivery

Production usually takes around 2–5 business days. Carrier transit is additional and depends on your destination and shipping service. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination-specific shipping charges are shown before payment. Contact us before ordering if you need the item for a particular date.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether production has started and confirm what can still be changed. A request is not confirmed until we reply. Once production starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Choosing a size and change-of-mind returns

Check the product measurements before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing a size. Each item is made to order. We do not currently offer voluntary returns or free exchanges for a change of mind or size preference.

These terms do not limit any cancellation, return, refund or other rights required by applicable law.
